1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of the Dharma Express LLC website and vehicle transportation services. By requesting or accepting service, you agree to these Terms and any written order confirmation or bill of lading.

2. Quotes and scheduling

Website quote requests are not binding offers. Pricing and availability are confirmed separately and may depend on vehicle condition, size, route, timing, accessibility, and market conditions. Pickup and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

3. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information, disclose modifications and inoperable condition, remove prohibited or valuable personal items, secure loose parts, leave adequate fuel for loading, and ensure authorized persons are available at pickup and delivery.

4. Pickup and delivery

Large transport equipment may be unable to access narrow streets, low-clearance areas, restricted roads, or unsafe locations. A nearby safe meeting point may be required. Vehicle condition should be inspected and recorded on the bill of lading at both pickup and delivery.

5. Insurance and claims

Dharma Express LLC maintains insurance coverage of $350,000. Coverage and claim handling are subject to the applicable policy, exclusions, deductibles, bill of lading, and law. Any new damage should be noted at delivery and reported promptly with supporting photographs and documents.

6. Delays and events beyond control

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, road closures, government action, customer availability, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

7. Personal property

Personal property left in a vehicle may not be covered by cargo insurance. Prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or high-value items must not be placed in the vehicle.

8. Website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or copy its branding and content without permission. Website content is provided for general information and may change.

9. Communications

Submitting the quote form authorizes Dharma Express LLC to contact you about your inquiry by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy.
